Open source test tube rack. To change the design to accommodate different tubes, simply edit any of the “Rack” parts (mid, top, and bottom all have identical outer profiles, so whatever is easiest to edit in your software is the one to use). A complete model needs one of each part. While you can print only unlabeled sides to complete a rack, do not exclusively print labeled sides as this will cause confusion (one side will be labeled inversely to the other). While a time consuming print, overall plastic use is low.
Assemble both of the long sides and one of the short sides first. Then slide in the rack pieces. Finally, slide the second short side in place.

Use supports, preferably just support enforcers on the edge lip of the dovetail on both of the Long Side pieces. It may still be able to assemble if you don't (the pictured print didn't have supports), but it is very difficult and supports only add around 10 minutes.
PLA should be fine for most applications. If you print with Polycarbonate it may be able to take 1-2 autoclave cycles.
