Necessary

Berings

To print this model you need 10 berings. You can use this old berings from your 3d printer, if you don't have them, it's time to change them :).

You have to remove the plastic from one of these, like that.

Sand paper

If dimensional accuracy of your 3d printer is not perfect and shaft is too wide to fit in the bering, you can use sand paper.

Thread

If shaft is too thin or you have sanded shaft too much, you can wrap thread on the shaft between the gears as a thickness.

Pice of plastic wire / toothpick

You need a peg to join output 1, output 2, output 3 and output 4 model. You can use a toothpick or the plastic wire, but you need to heat it and stretch it to make it thinner.

Slicing Tips

• It is recommended to use raft to limit the elephant foot effect.

• Use 20% honeycomb infill.
• Use supports for output shaft gears and counter shaft crankshaft.
• !! Highly recommended !! For models like this use a height range modifier.

• The high speed, pattern and heat make a bad print.
• The tiny hole in the middle and the concentric pattern limits extrusion's inaccuracies.

Assembly

Output shaft

Insert berings in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and reverse gear and bering without plastic in 5th gear.

Make sure you put the blocker ring on the right side.

Last step

Insert the shafts in the case.
