Skadis Push Trough Interlock Mount

I was really bored of all the hooks for the Skadis pegboard.

So I needed something which can be pushed trough from the front.

I wanted something that can hold something in place with even only one screw.

So there is my solution (after several fails and a lot of prototypes) ;-)

How do you use it ?

• Print the parts (I recommend a 0,25mm nozzle)
• Take a M3 screw and combine the “Schieber” und “Halter”
• It is important that the screw sticks out of the printed part, when it is tightened (like in the picture)
• Push the interlock trough the pegboard hole
• Turn the screw, you should be able to recognize when the mechanism turns
• You can als turn reverse and check if the mechanism works correctly
• If you tighten the screw further you should recognize that the whole mount gets a tight fit to the pegboard

Have a look on the pictures of the different mounting stages.

Print settings:

• Nozzle 0,25mm (0,4mm is not working good, because the mechanism has tiny details)
• Infill/Contur Overlapp 5%
• Infill 100%

In the next time I will upload a few tool holder for this system ;-)
