I was able to buy a cockpit clock from a Boeing 707, 727 or early 737 on ebay. In order to present it nicely on my desk I designed a simple stand.
The attached FreeCAD file parametrized, meaning you should be able to change e.g. the angle of the base or shell thickness with the clock still fitting. If you want to attach a connector in the back you might want to increase the size of the cutout.
Printing parameters: 3 perimeters + some infill (I used 20%, is mostly relevant for the base).
