Bicycle wheel thru axle hub protector plug; to prevent damage to box or bag sidewalls during travel.
Current model has a 100mm diameter back plate, a 15mm tall plug, that is 12mm at the base and 11.8mm at the top.
I would print the test 20mm plate first and then see if you need to adjust the plug diameter.
I've traveled with these now and they last a few flights but do tend to break. I recommend applying some duct tape across the back of them going over the middle to make a + . When they fail, it usually looks like a hub punched through plate.
