-Added holes to use the original screws to hold the hinge in place
-Reduced tolerances of the slot where the metal hinge slides in; snug fit even without screws
-Added a "backstop" for the hinge (original would not stay clamped to my head otherwise)
I hope this can extend the life of some otherwise good headphones! Shame on Sony for this design flaw.

Notes:
Print with the two flat sides on the bed. You should not need any supports. I used 3 wall perimeters and 70% infill and it feels very solid.
