No scaling needed.
To save time and material, the base can be printed with a low lightning infill (about 10%). The top will need a more solid infill such as 10-20% cubic (or similar) depending on the size and weight of your headphones. The top piece fits snugly into the base and shouldn't need glue.
Some of the hero plate inserts may benefit from a .2mm nozzle to capture detail. Glue on carefully.
