This is a surfboard that rides the wind. You attach a fishing line or thin string to the ring and the surfboard then put the ring on your pinky and surf outside the car window.
The Rings are Ring-Large 15mm pinky diameter and Ring-Small 13mm. If printed with TPU they should be nice and flexible.
