My glass teapot broke. So I designed and 3D printed a teapot to replace the main glass body and fit with the original metal lid and strainer. Since you probably don't have those, I've attached a step file so you can design your own. The top has an internal diameter of 70mm, with a height of 20mm.
I would recommend printing this out of something that's foodsafe and temperature resistant up to 100C. I used Fiberlogy's CPE-HT. If you just print this out of PLA or PETG or whatever generic filament you're in for a really bad time and a really bad cup of tea. Whilst ABS has the heat resistance, it contains styrene which is toxic and probably carcinogenic. I would also recommend using a 0.2mm layer height and no higher since you'll want good watertight layer bonds.
Now an obvious question is, is it food safe? I'd say yes based on 2 things.
It's a teapot and will be filled with boiling water. That should kill pretty much any pathogenic bacteria that might want to grow in it. You should also use a filament that is chemical resistant so it can be cleaned with soap
Tea has no nutrients to nurture microbial growth. There are some aromatic molecules which affect taste but no sugar or starch or whatever to feed microbes (unless you put milk and sugar in your tea like a pathetic Englishman)
