If you take a step drill and drill a small hole in the plexi glass, you can insert this adapter and use an M6 and an M10 bowden connector to pass the filament into the enclosure.
I found putting the hole on the far left in line with the existing filament slot worked well.
Print instructions
Print at high precision for the best threads. You'll need supports around the outside to support the M10 body.
