This is a remix of a bicycle wheelset wall bracket. The original didn't work for my wheels thus I modified the bracket so the quick release would tighten securely to the bracket. I also extended the bracket so the axles won't touch the wall.
I made two sizes, one is longer than the other. The longer one allows disc wheels to be mounted without the first axle coming in contact with the disc wheel.
I used 4 ½" drywall screws to secure the brackets to the wall.
