I couldn't find any AAA batteries in the house so I knocked together a quick adapter to fit in a TV remote.
The design uses a paperclip cut and bent to act as terminals on one end of the assembly. The clip runs through 1mm channels to the CR2032 battery.
I printed it on my Ender 3 at 0.12mm resolution to try to maintain the 1mm channel. After 3 prototypes, I got what I needed but there is some room for improvement.
A couple of polarity indicators would be useful and care needs to be taken to put the assembly in the remote the correct way to avoid a short circuit.
I included the openScad file. I was thinking of embedding two paperclips in the print so it includes bonus model of a paperclip. It was easier for me to cut and bend the clip to fit in the finished part. The dimensions and shape of the clip can be found in one of the pictures.
I printed it on its side with no support and I got away without adhesion.
