I reinforced the head so it is plenty strong as a light duty cable tie. I included the parametric fusion file so you can customize the length further if needed. Let me know how it works for you!
- 0.2mm layer height seems to be the sweet spot
- I have been using 3DPrintLife Pro-PLA for years now and I can't recommend enough.
- Prints like butter
- As strong if not stronger than any Amazon PETG I have used (and has testing data on website)
- Resists moisture and has a longer shelf life than any other filament I have used (I just finished a random color that has been sitting in my closet for 1.5years and printed like new)
