Print Instructions for the 4 State QRP Dummy Load Case.
Print material: PLA, PLA+, etc.
Material Color: Whatever color you like.
Print Resolution: .2mm/layer.
Special Instructions: Print the case with the flat bottom to the print bed and the opening up. This will eliminate all need for supports and give a smoother bottom surface. Print the top with the top surface flat to the print bed. This will give a nice smooth top surface and no supports for the corner pillars or the light pipe extrusion will be needed.
LED Light Pipe material PLA, etc.
Material Color: Natural or Transparent
Print Resolution: .2mm
Special instructions: Print with the flat top of the cylinder to the print bed as there is a concave depression in the end that contacts the LED. This will ensure maximum light transmission through the light pipe for best visibility.
If you build the kit with the BNC connector on the bottom as an alternate method (actually better), you will need a different case bottom. As of my edit on 11/29/2022, those files and pictures are now included.
