This is a 2-gang wallplate with a decora opening in the first gang and a switch opening in the second gang. Designed to match Lutron Claro covers from a distance (same corner radii, but the screws aren't hidden).
The Decora opening fits a Lutron Caseta dimmer perfectly with no gaps all around (see pictures)

Notes:
Printed with a nozzle temperature of 245 C and a bed temperature of 85 C using Ender 3 Pro default magnetic bed.
Printed on borosilicate glass with a nozzle temperature of 247 C and a bed temperature of 70C, minor peeling in the corners so I'd print at 75 or 80 C if I were to do it again.First layer was printed at 100% flow with minimal squish - really need to dial in the first layer to get a nice looking outlet! It took me four tries.
I have uploaded my Cura project file including my overrides in case you are able to use it directly.
