I needed a strong clamp and so I created this monstrosity. Printed in PETG with 8 perimiters and 50% infill.

For better strength the main body should be printed on it's side in witch case you will need to put a little suport on each side of the thread hole.
There is about 0.5mm gap between threads so the clamp should work fine even if your printer isn't perfectly calibrated.
