I liked Mr. Freakman's design, but wanted the volume buttons oriented so Plus was on top and Minus was on bottom. Added some through-holes for my particular wiring setup, and added a third "prong" to hide the wire.
I had to buy my own charger tip (4mm barrel plug, from Amazon) and and add it to some old wiring from a (now unused) security system in order to fit the wire behind the top prong - this will not work with the Dot's stock charger.

Printed with the flat back on the bed. Requires pretty good cooling to deal with the overhangs.
Printed with 2 perimeters.Definitely recommend printing in PETG - you have to flex the prongs a fair amount to wiggle the dot into place.
