I wanted to create a set of gingerbread house cutters that will use the rolled dough as well as possible.
Rolle your dough in a strip wider than 270 mm and you can cut houses without any lost space inbetween. The combined cutter is the best to cut out half a house with every press. To use the remaining dough you can also use the single cutters.
The house is designed to have 7 mm thick walls, so roll the dough to 5 mm thickness - that is 1/5th of an inch.
The small indent in the rectangular cutters is marking the side that has the same width as the front so you know where to align the cutters.
