This thingy lets you focus Disco camera lens by screwing it in and out like on a normal camera. Works if your Disco lens has threads on it. That seems to be common but who knows.
Refer to Youtube for instructions on how to remove the factory glue.
I printed this in PLA on FDM machine with 0.2 layer height and was surprised that it worked. The plan was to use SLA.
