I had tried the continuity cam holder from llang https://www.printables.com/model/277366-continuity-camera-holder but noticed that its too tight for my iPhone including the Apple silicon case I'm using. So I redesigned the model in Fusion360 and made the slot a bit wider. Now it fits perfectly on my phone and laptop screen.
I've printed this at 0.2mm layer height with 15% infill. No support should be needed when printed upright. I used a raft to ensure it sticks to the bed. Should also work without raft if you've got a good adhesion to your print bed.
