Here I share my version of the so called Riggers Multi Tool.
None of the ones to buy suited my needed so I created a new one for 3D printing.
The multi tool contains the following fittings:
- M10 butterfly nut
- M6 butterfly nut
- 22 mm nut (M14)
- 19 mm nut (M12)
- 17 mm nut (M10)
- 13 mm nut (M8)
- 10 mm nut (M6)
- 8 mm nut (M5)
- 7 mm nut (M4)
- 5,5 mm nut (M3)
In addition I put a hook for hot barndoors like implemented in some of the ones to buy.
I printed and used this tool solid without issues. Due to always gifting to interrested workmates I have no specific knowledge about the durability but so far no complaints reached out to me.
I'm about to test different slicing versions, at the moment I use 4 contour lines with 20% gyriod infill.
v2 model: Wider slit for M10 butterfly nut, changed the positions of the embedded nuts accordingly.
