I bought some cheap cast metal bossheads online, the first time I used one it broke, I was about to chuck it away when I thought I could still make use of the screws on it.
So I went about designing a 3D printable one, but ended up using much easier to get M6 nuts and bolts to complete.
Nuts and bolts are friction fit, use the pull method that Prusa uses for assembly of their printers.
I have printed mine in PETG, however the stiffer the material the better.
