This is bobblehead version of my own 3D scan. It was not easy as it sounds. Behind the original model of my head are many hours of sculpting in Nomad3D on my iPad. In the picture below you can see progress from basic shell over model wit closed eyes and many imperfections to final model.
For my bobblehead version I used negative model of inner shape by 3D Printy and stiff spring with his base (check his model in remix sources). Under my remix of full body Bulbasaur you can find short video how to do it.
Another video is demonstration of how my head can bobble. ;D
