My Elite Sterzo Smart kept sliding around even on my rocking plate that has anti-slip coating.
Those rings (print 2) affix the rubber feet in place, no more sloppy steering.
Instructions:
Once you have setup your Sterzo, mark a line going through the center of the side rubber feet.
Make sure that line is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the bike.
The spacing between the two inner holes from the center axis is exactly 202mm. Use the photo for reference.
I used M4x16mm wood screws.
