A sturdy 3D printable wallet designed to hold 8 cards plus a decent amount of cash in the forms of both bills and coins.
Print tested in PLA at 0.10mm layer height with 3 perimeters @ 30% gyroid infill.
Tolerance between parts is 0.1mm.
You will have to orient the parts from the mesh file and when importing and asked if it is a single object say no. You will also need to copy and paste the slide for the cards seven times.
.STEP file included so you can see how things fit together.
You will need the following non printed hardware.
- 1 Elastic hairband
- 2 #8 3/8in Machine Screws
- 4 #6 3/8in Machine or Sheet Metal Screws
Fixed an issue where cards in the slides would prevent the lid from locking, core should be reprinted though a top section thick enough to solve the problem has been included as a mesh for people fine with gluing a bit onto the top. The .step file doesn't include the fixed part do not print from it.
Also fixed wrong mesh file being uploaded.
Please do not cover or remove the logo from the bottom.
