Credit to polmdm
The amount of screw holes was a bit excessive for me. The apple logo, although being a nice touch, also wasn't for me. These are the only changes to the original design by polmdm.
I suggest printing at 102% scale for a loose fit to ensure your device doesn't get scratched. If you desire a tight fit, leave as is.
