The model was built entirely in Blender, using Blender's text functionality to add the text and then extruded for 3D height.
Interestingly, I constructed the back plate and then added the text on top, but keeping it as text (not converted to mesh). When exporting the model to STL is appeared to have converted the text, ready for printing.
I did not try this, but you should be able to edit the text in the blender file supplied herewith.
Printed in PLA. PETG does not seem kind to small details in my printing.
Colour change was made to print text in different colour. Slicing takes a while because of the large number of perimeters.
