I designed 2 dices: one lands pretty often on the number 6, the other one on the number 1. Both look identical so you can swap them while playing with a friend and it's not obvious that you're cheating because they don't always land on the same number. You can experiment but I found that the dices worked way better on a slippy surface like plastic.
The dices are very easy to print but they require some setting changes in the slicer. The files should be ready to go if you're using prusaslicer. If not, you will have to apply those changes:
-100% infill on the weight
-5% infill on the actual dice
