A mount for a Big Tree Tech EBB42 CAN Bus board, to mount on the EVA V3 extruder (only when using 40mm print cooling fan duct).
For my setup, i'm using an Orbiter 2.0 extruder, should fit with other extruders also, but might be tight.
The mount attaches in two places. Firstly, to the existing EVA extruder mounting point for the cable mount/strain relief. Secondly, it mounts to the 40mm Fan Duct, in between the fan and the duct. This makes for a good solid mount.
The EBB42 board attaches to the mount - I have made the model to accept four 3mm heatset (4mm x 4.6mmOD) nuts for mounting the board.
The mount has a cable mount above the EBB CAN IN socket with two cable tie positions. It also has a hole on the back to accept a piece of 3mm nylon filament to use to stiffen the cable bundle.
Print in PETG or similar, 0.2mm 3+ perimeters.
Best printed on the side with paint-on supports as needed (including inside the fan mount portion).
Have also provided STL for a fan gasket that you can print in TPU to sandwhich between the mount / fan duct (and or fan), if needed.
