After discovering the original upload from @endik007 (thank you so much for this! I've been waiting for someone to do it for years! :D ) I tried unsuccessfully to scale it up.
So I recreated the body, shoulders and head components to allow the model to be split up into larger bits and scaled as big as the Mini can go. (I think this will fail if you try and scale it smaller than 5%, so i'd recommend if you want this small, use the original models instead :) )
Printing:
While there are individual STL* supplied, I've put up 3mf's of the head, body, limbs and base with the required parts, supports and blockers enabled, simply open the 3mf file in prusaslicer, move the part you want to the build plate, slice and export - repeat for all the parts on the 3mf.
The 3mf is particularly important for the base - see below.
*The STLs will require scaling to a consistent size and you will need to align, add supports and blockers where needed.
Constructing:
All joints need glue as the joints are a bit loose based on the scaling effect of the gaps left on the model, the larger you print it the bigger the gaps. I made the model to scale to 5% to fit on the Mini build plate, but you could scale it up to real life size if you wanted to :)
The base utilises the slicer supports as part of the final print, so choose your supports and leave them on at the end. This part is tricky to print, the 3mf includes some additional support columns (they are not really needed) but the more important factor is the base is tilted ever so slightly to the correct angle to have josef standing up balanced. The stand alone STL does not include this angle change - if you are using the stl you will need to compare it to the 3mf for the appropriate adjustments.
