Here is an assorted battery holder/organizer for 20 AAA, 16 AA and 2 9v batteries. There is a holder piece and a cover. The holder piece slides into the cover and secures with little detent bumps and there is a thumb hole to pop it open when you want to access the contents.
I printed the cover with the opening facing up to avoid the need for support.
I also have a smaller assorted battery holder too and could make other sizes or types if requested.

I also used Sunlu Blue ABS
Shouldn't need much. There were a couple holes that I bored out a bit because it was tight but if your printer does a tighter job it's probably not needed.
