Printing: print with 0.2mm layer, external perimeter first, 2 colors (need to change filament only once). If you want to hang gauges somewhere (e.g. to a pegboard), then print alternate base plates.
Assembly: ensure there are no outstanding artifacts (overhangs) from printing on top surface of gauges. Then just click individual gauges to the base plate in right order. It is little easier when baseplate lays on heated printer bed.
