We harvest plenty of wine corks - so there is a need to utilize them somehow. So I've designed a scaffolding for a Christmas tree, hot glued 54 wine corks, and added some classic decorations.
As the design was rather mathematical I've used OpenSCAD, source file is attached, feel free to modify but please share your results :)

Printing instructions
- print in spiral/vase mode!
- zero top/bottom layers
- add some brim if you have issues with model adhesion
- print with extrusion height : width ratio around 1 : 3 as some parts are steep (I've printed 0.2 mm layer and 0.6 mm extrusion width)
- it may be imperfect - it's just a scaffolding
- use PLA so it will be elastic when hot glueing corks
Assembly instructions
- prepare 54+ wine corks of similar size and shape
- where temperature protective gloves
- hot glue will make your plastic (PLA) hot and soft, so you can slightly reshape it as needed
- add decorations of choice
