However there is so little unchanged, it might be worth first printing out all the edited files, then locating what you need that's missing from the original model.
To list every single changed file would take too long. My file organisation mess too. I printed at 85% on a dodgy E3 and got OK results so there's much room for improvement. make sure to print TPU labelled parts in TPU for longer lasting joints.
