Mounting the Orange Pi
There are two different hole sizes of the mount:
- If you are using the heatsink case as shown in my photo, print the M2.5 version and use the provided M2.5 screws with the heat sink to screw directly into the base.
- Print the M2 version and use 4 M2 self-tapping screws (as Voron BOM) to mount to the base
Also there is an antenna mount to hold the WIFI antenna. It also acts as a 3mm thick spacer. You can either clamp it below or above the orange pi board.
There's also a printable 3mm spacer to use on the other two holes.
Mounting Options
You can mount the base in two ways:
- Directly use a piece of VHB tape to stick the base to a flat panel, e.g. on Voron 0.1
- Print two DIN rail clips from VoronDesign and fasten them to the base mount with 4 M2 self-tapping screws.
