However there is so little unchanged, it might be worth first printing out all the edited files, then locating what you need that's missing from the original model.
To list every single changed file would take too long. My file organisation mess too.
There is a side by side image of how drastic the changes are.
Worth noting:
Certain parts need to be mirrored in your slicer. Provided are the left sides only! hands, shoulders, legs etc. need to be mirrored and are self explanatory.
Two faceplates available: a smirk and a default face.
Files labelled "TPU" recommended to be printed in TPU if you're using PLA for everything else.
Preferably in their respective colors and with a decent hardness/infill (97A).
