A Springerle mold creates uniform biscuits that are more 3 dimensional and can have more intricate designs.
This Flower shaped mold can be used with Sugar, Shortbread or Gingerbread dough. The mold is first lightly oiled and then sprinkled with flour before filling with dough. Excess dough is then cut with a knife and each cookie is knocked out of the mold.
Ensure that a food safe filament such as PETG is used for this mold.
