This is an egg cup, perfectly suited for the design-minded person. It is organically shaped, with branches splitting as they move along the egg. It is the perfect print or gift for an egg lover or you can simply use it as decoration.
It is perfectly shaped to fit 95 % of all eggs. I have tried this on many Swedish eggs, and has never found one that does not fit nicely.
It is designed with overhang angles in mind, so it is relatively simple to print on most FDM machines.
Designed with Autodesk Fusion 360. You might be worried that the edges on this model are too sharp. However, when printed on a FDM machine, the edges will be nicely rounded off due to the nozzle diameter.
The example on the pictures is printed in Prusament ASA signal white, and smoothed in an acetone vapour bath.
