I made the modification of this design https://www.printables.com/es/model/296347-skate-board-wall-holder/ to have only 1 hole and to make it easier to fit the screw into the wall.
I simply used the measurements and the original idea.
I printed it with PETG at 40% fill and 3 perimeters/walls.
It held up perfectly.
