Remix/mod of the Salad Fork electronics bay fan blank model (from their repo) for use as covers for the fans. Basically, it is the fan blank insert cut down, pegs added, and M3 screw holes added.  The pegs provide 4mm of depth for the screws, the top of the pegs to the back of the logo.  The stock build has the fans exposed without anything to cover them, but I thought they would look better with a cover and maybe help keep my fingers out of them. Turns out, the fans look even better than I could have imagined with these covers in place (I still might stick my fingers into them, though).

Print with the flat side down, no supports required, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height.  Use your typical functional printer part profile for maximum strength as it is a fairly thin part.  You only need two of these since the dummy blank this is based on is used on the other side of the printer.  ABS shrinkage was not an issue for me using PolyMaker PolyLite ABS in orange.  As this is a part on the outside you can safely print this in PLA or PETG if desired.

To install, place the cover on the fan and hold the two tightly against the fan mount (or not as tightly if you drill out the mount screw holes with a 3mm bit).  Use an M3 screw from the back and screw into the cover directly.  I used M3x12 screws.  Be careful to not overtighten as the screws will not be going far into the cover.  I did not drill out the mount holes and I think keeping them as-is will help prevent over tightening, but you do need to hold each corner tightly until the screws are in.
