This is a bookmark design that uses the inherent flexibility of PLA while it is still warm to create a nice bookmark. I have printed them in both 2mm layer height and 3mm layer heights. I found 3mm with concentric layer lines instead of the default lines looks much better. Post you makes if you print this. I'd love to see it in weird filament types.
It prints flat. Peel it off the bed while it is still warm and fold along the layer bump to get the final bookmark. If printing at 2mm, hot water applied with a cotton bud helps the bends happen cleanly if the plastic gets too cold.
