If you own a camping recreational vehicle it may have these plastic downspouts which are used to direct rain from the roof off away from the camper (or caravan). They are made by B & B Molders and are used by a lot of RV companies. The ends are approximately 22 mm wide and they come in a “short” and “long” version.

The only problem with them is that if you want to cover your RV with a cover, these will poke through the cover unless you provide a way to “round out” the pokey end. I've done that in this model, if you look at the hidden line drawing, you can see there is a 48mm wide “bullet” shape that has a void that can slide over the downspout. With the cover on the downspout, your RV cover is not at risk of being damaged.

There are various commercial downspout covers out there ranging in price from $30 - $50 for a set of 4 with various levels of difficulty attaching them. These are a good friction fit, just slide them on and then put on the cover, then when you take the cover off you can slide them off.

Note that rain doesn't go through them so if they  are on and you aren't covered and its raining, the rain will go over the side of the gutter. It would be pretty easy to put a hold down the middle but I don't know how that would affect the friction fit.

I printed some in PETG on my Mk3S+ and some in ABS using my Makerbot Method. There isn't anything really very difficult in printing them. I used the standard slicing settings. You could probably reduce the infill, that might have an affect on whether or not the friction fit loosens up over time.
