This is a lazy susan I designed a couple years ago to help organize our spices. It's small, holds about 6 spice containers. It might feel a little wobbly at first, especially if you load only one side of the rack, but it has stabilized over time as everything settles in together.
It uses one 608ZZ bearing, press it into the recess on the bottom side of the platform, then onto the base.

Notes:
Any material should work, supports are optional and depends on your machine. It's been a while but I believe I used supports to avoid any drooping overhang in the platform recess that might interfere with the bearing.
