Two of the gears in my battery operated mill needed replacement so I designed them.

The two replacement gears fit the model shown below, it was bought from ebay several years ago. Both fit a 2.5 mm shaft. I printed them using PETG
To improve the fit use a 5-6mm drill and make a small groove at the bottom of the double gear1 (about a mm depth) so that it can sit lower on the shaft. Also you may need to drill the hole with a 2.5mm drill if it's tight.
UPDATE: I have added a model that prints with the bottom groove, no support needed
