Inspired by some mazes I built this one from scratch.

Main mechanic structure is 100% printed. no Aluminum profiles necessary. Just 4 ballbearings and a couple screws, nuts and washers.

Base machine is set up as a universal machine, upper (inner) tray carries a plate: the actual maze or labyrinth. The plate in thing files has prepared holes for selfthreading screws (Ø1.5mm), with their aid you can predrill holes in the walls. The walls have a V-groove for better finding position to drill. You can vary the walls and create additional ones, which you screw or glue on the plate. Thus the plate can be rearranged, if your kids grow older and get smarter, or just create a brandnew labyrinth on the base plate, then simply exchange it.

The 60-plug.stl file is a plug for closing the precut holes of the base plate. I use them for putting in or leaving them out. Using a Ø9mm steel ball once they hit the hole, the will drop down under. Plastic balls with larger diameters (e.g.Ø12mm) just drop into the hole and act an obstacle. You see the game is very, very versatile.

Programming of Arduino is still ongoing.

Case for the electronics will be added here soon.

I also added a thing-file "99-Labyrinth_Misc.stl", here you can see the buy-parts, especially the servo motors.

Added some more files like Ball-Holder (Dispensers for balls Ø9.5 and Ø12mm). Plug dispenser. I just posted them with double side tape (3M VHB). Additional Baseframe with holes for upper frame, reinforcement bars for also attaching cables with zip-ties.
