Why is a lot about Christmas about making things bigger and more sumptuous??
I find a lot of beauty i simplicity, which has inspired me to make this model.
Imagine the moment, where you/your wife has just given birth to a small child, you are standing close to each other and admiring the wonder that lays before you. This is the moment I have tried to recreate. The world is nothing but the 3 of you, this i magic.
Printing/assembling
The model is a two part print, the nativity scene and the guiding star. I have printet it with white PLA, on a BIQU B1, with a dragonfly hot-end, with out support. When the print is finished the star i glued on (I've used a dab of CA-Glue), according to the picture below:
