This is used to decock a rimefire (22lr), while minimizing potential damage to the firearm itself. Dummies are disposable, and should not be used more than a few times (stuck with hammer/pin).
Dummies have no action and are hollow. They will not cycle the firearm when ‘fired’. Do NOT aim weapons (regardless of dummy rounds) at other people. Not a toy.
EDIT: I would suggest using a tough filament for printing this part, as standard PLA (or other less flexible materials) will likely snap after a single use.
