Printed mine in PETG at 0.2mm layer height in case it gets hot enough to matter. The top should be flipped and printed upside down. No support, and thin enough that infill should hardly matter - I went with 10% gyroid.
The design would probably allow 2mm or 2.5mm screws with nuts, but I just screwed 3mm screws right in to the plastic.
The intention is to later make snap-ins for the top that allows fans, or whatever access you would like to the board. I decided against this, and made another model that has a more specific channel for air flow.
Since the NVME should rarely be removed (and I don't have one) I haven't catered to access or cooling there. Currently mine is running at about 10C above room temperature at low CPU, so I haven't played around with cooling yet.
