Hey guys,
for this mod for "Full Bear MK3s" you will need the following things:
- 2x IGUS TS-04-12 (linear rail) with a length of 370mm
- 3x IGUS TWE-04-12 (linear rail carriage with adjustable play)
- (optional) 2020 aluminium extrusions with a length of 331mm
- M3 T slot nuts and screws
- M5 T slot nuts and screws
- (optional)Aluminium corner mount pieces if using the 2020 extrusions
Parts to print:
3x Carriagespacer
1x Spacer (82mm)
3x Railholder
1x Railholder 20mm
Use the spacer (82mm) to equally space the "Railholders" from the extrusion edge. Mount the "20 mm Railholder" in the top left, else the XY calibration will fail.
Place the 3x "Carriagespacers" on top of the 3x linear rail carriages - else the bed mount will hit the y axis motor.
IMPORTANT: Check the pictures to see which carriage M3 screw holes to use to screw the bed mount in!
