The one made by SunShine only works for the version that has mm on the bottom and isn't that great when using a 0.4 mm nozzle. So I made a different one for the version that has mm on top and made it a bit more 0.4 nozzle friendly!
(It reuses the screws from the caliper as well.)
The left side of the “bumps” are the indicators, so which ever one has a line closest to it on its left is your reading, pretty rough but should be able to get you within 0.2 mm.
